I wish others would follow suit.

It's no secret that I love GWAVA products but I have to stress that Retain is really an excellent addition to your product line. I've always told everyone that if they have GroupWise they're nuts if they don't have Reload. I now believe the same for Retain.

Since the prior comment boasts about his outstanding rep I figured I could do the same. Although Mike Silverman isn't nearly as cute as my prior rep (Melissa), he's beyond attentive and has even spent time in the evening and on weekends answering questions when I was doing an eval of Retain before moving forward with purchasing it. He's gone above and beyond and deserves a big kudos!

By the way, the addition of the extra webcasting of BS content was excellent. I had my assistant back here in Chicago watch the keynotes so she could get a feel for the direction of Novell (and to make her a bit jealous of the great time that is Brainshare).

Thanks to all at GWAVA for all of thier hard work (okay, maybe with the sole exception of Taylor... Just kidding T!)Dalehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12298232058180343653noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10118571.post-78100184545538934962008-03-25T22:49:00.000-07:002008-03-25T22:49:00.000-07:00Kennon,Glad you got to enjoy BrainShare and to sto...Kennon,

Glad you got to enjoy BrainShare and to stop by the booth. It was a crazy year again and I ended up sick in bed with a temp of 102 Wednesday afternoon right after Tuesday night party. I think I'm getting too old for this kind of thing.

Thanks again for the kind words and also for the support of GWAVA and GroupWise.

Next time let's get you on camera helping to educate me about the finer points of Open Source.Richard Blisshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/06711443052326619281noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10118571.post-49623764000919169162008-03-19T21:32:00.000-07:002008-03-19T21:32:00.000-07:00Congrats on your booth this year Richard it was by...Congrats on your booth this year Richard it was by far the most popular at the show. It was good to hear you with your voice back ;-) And whatever you are paying Tom Poitras isn't enough. He is an outstanding asset to your organization. I am looking forward to implementing Retain, Reveal and Redline this summer (even though it's not open source). ;-)

Oh I also think it is pretty bogus that they closed down the vendor show so early. No reason why you guys shouldn't have been able to stay until Thursday night or even Friday morning.Kennonhttp://www.labyrinth.orgnoreply@blogger.com
